AVES DAS FLORESTAS TROPICAIS

Nas florestas tropicais, podem-se encontrar inúmeras espécies de aves, tais como os papagaios, tocanos, buceros e aves de rapina como as águias, falcões e abutres.

Algumas espécies migratórias habitam as florestas durante o Inverno, e retornam às regiões de climas mais frios durante a Primavera e o Verão. Um exemplo são os pintarroxos, que abandonam os EUA durante o Inverno e migram para regiões da América Central, ou até mesmo da Amazónia.
